Shipping Information

Everytime a costumer places an order with us, we start production of the ordered product. We take about 2-3 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters, shoes, etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. 

Elliz Clothing’s products are shipped worldwide and for you to get your products faster, we ship your products from the facility that is the closest to your country. We have facilities in United States, Canada, United Kingdowm, Latvia, Mexico, China…

90% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Delivery Costs

Standard delivery costs for domestic shipping go from 0 to 5 dollars. For international shipping it could go from free shipping to a value up to 8 dollars. We also offer expedited shipping options, for those who want to get their products in 2-3 days even if the order is international.

All shipping costs are calculated at check out, depending on your location.

Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns for refunds. Elliz Clothing ® stands behind the quality of everything we sell.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense, however, we can’t refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Reshipments

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
